We prepare each order carefully so that it reaches you as soon as possible. On this page you will find all the information about preparation times, delivery times, shipping costs, and in-store pickup.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
In Stock
Available products are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours from order confirmation.
Pre-order
Some models are in the production process. In these cases, the estimated shipping date is always indicated on the product page.
If your order includes in-stock items along with pre-order products, it will be shipped when all products are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
In case of any incident or delay, we will inform you by email as soon as possible.

During certain periods or promotions, special conditions may apply, such as free shipping or reduced rates.

Any import or customs charges in the Canary Islands will be borne by the customer.

The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 working days from the order dispatch.
In the United Kingdom, any potential import or customs fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
UNITED STATES
Shipping cost: from €13.
All orders are shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) Incoterm, meaning taxes, customs duties, and import fees are included in the final price. No additional payment will be required upon delivery.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
store pickup
We also offer the option of free in-store pickup at our Alicante and Madrid locations.
When this service is available, you will be able to select it during the checkout process.
During promotions, sales, or special campaigns, in-store pickup may be temporarily disabled to ensure better logistical management. In such cases, the option will not be available at checkout.
DELIVERY
The shipping company will make up to two delivery attempts at the address provided during the purchase.
If delivery is not possible due to absence, incorrect address, or other circumstances beyond Bryan Stepwise's control, the package may be deposited at a pickup point.
If the order is not picked up and is eventually returned to our warehouse, the refund will be issued minus the costs incurred from the return, in accordance with our exchange and return policy.
SPECIAL PERIODS
During sales, promotions, special releases, or periods of high demand, standard preparation and shipping times may be extended.
Although we always strive to meet estimated deadlines, we appreciate your understanding if there is any occasional delay.
CANCELLATIONS
It will only be possible to cancel an order before its preparation has begun.

CANCELLATION + Order number
Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, we will not be able to process its cancellation.
