SHIPPING
We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic Islands and Canary Islands), Portugal (Peninsula), Germany, France, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Austria, Croatia, Sweden, Denmark, Slovakia, Ireland, Luxembourg, and the United Kingdom.
All shipping rates are subject to change for promotions, such as free shipping or other offers.
All orders can be prepared within a maximum of 24/48 hours and will be ready for shipment.
Delivery times will always depend on the smooth operation and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process, as well as the current order volume. Please note that we do not separate orders that include pre-order and on-demand items from orders containing in-stock items. We recommend purchasing them separately.
Remember that when you purchase a pre-order or on-demand item, we send you an email with all the information. If your order is delayed for any reason, we will email you as soon as possible.
SPAIN
We offer two types of shipping: standard and express.

The standard delivery time will be 3-4 business days from the shipping date for mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For the Canary Islands, it will be 5-7 business days from the shipping date, provided there are no customs issues. Customs duties in the Canary Islands will be paid by the customer.
In the Canary Islands, shipping costs will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation so that they can always be approved by the customer before confirming payment.
Express delivery times are 1 to 2 days once prepared. (Option only available in mainland Spain)
EUROPE
Shipping costs to Europe will be automatically calculated and detailed at the time of purchase confirmation so that they can always be approved by the customer before confirming payment.

Standard delivery time will be approximately 3 to 6 business days from the date of shipment.
For UK orders, customs duties will be the responsibility of the customer.
AMERICA
1. Shipping and delivery time
• All orders to the United States are shipped from our warehouse and delivered directly to your address.
- Estimated delivery times are 3 to 10 business days, depending on the location.
2. Costs included (DDP)
- All orders to the USA are shipped under the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method, which means that all taxes, duties and import fees are included.
- You won't have to pay any additional charges upon delivery. The price you see on the website is the final price.
3. Order tracking
• Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your order in real time.
4. Delivery Responsibility
• We make sure your order arrives in perfect condition.
• In case of any issues with the transport, our team will assist you to resolve them quickly.
5. Customs documentation
• You don't need to worry about customs documentation: everything is handled by our team.

DELIVERY CONDITIONS
For both domestic and international shipments, we will make up to two delivery attempts to the address you specify as the delivery location during your purchase process.
If delivery of the order is impossible after the second attempt (due to absence of the recipient, incorrect/false address issued by the recipient, or other reasons beyond our control), the courier company may deposit it in a Parcel Shop. After 10 days, if the shipment is not collected, the product will be returned to our facilities and you will be refunded less the return shipping costs.
In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "Return Shipping Costs," which may vary depending on the order and delivery address. You can find these costs in the Exchanges and Returns section.
SPECIAL PERIODS
During special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order deliveries, on-demand deliveries, and/or specific promotional activities), shipping times may be longer. However, we will work hard to prevent this from happening, to the extent possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations will only be accepted if your order has not been prepared or left the warehouse.
You must send us an email to hola@bryanstepwise.com indicating in the subject of the email (VERY IMPORTANT): CANCELLATION and order number.
Otherwise, cancellation will not be accepted.
