You have a free exchange to ensure that your size is correct.

The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days* of receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

Canary Islands


The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days* of receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for the management and cost of shipping and customs. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to ship the new product free of charge (not including customs charges**).

Europe


The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days* of receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

You have two exchange options. You can either send us the wrong size on your own or select our collection service. Once we receive the package, we will confirm receipt via email and send the new size free of charge.

United Kingdom


Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days* of receipt of order. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and customs clearance.Once we receive the return, we will proceed to ship the new product free of charge (not including customs charges**).

RETURNS

The return period for these products will be 14 calendar days* from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be refunded, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and in its original packaging.

*In special periods (Christmas, promotions and/or specific actions), the time limits for exchanges and returns may be increased.

The return options are as follows:

- Refund in the same payment method*.
We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund.
Returns have a cost of €4.90 on the peninsula in pick up or €5.90 at home. In the Balearic Islands it has a cost of 7 € in pick up or 8 € at home. These costs will be deducted from the total amount of the product once the return has been made as collection and return costs**.

*The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

The time it takes for the refund to be made will also depend on the bank, not Bryan Stepwise. During sales, Black Friday, and discount periods, it is possible that collections may be delayed during certain high volume periods.

**The refund will be made on the total price of the product, excluding the shipping costs of your order.

- Gift card.
We will collect your order free of charge and send you a digital voucher with the full refund of your order so that you can use it on the website within 1 year. You will save the return costs and you will be able to make another purchase at a later date. Once the card has been created it cannot be cancelled, it must be used.

There are two shipping options:

- By our transport service. We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund. The cost of collection varies depending on the country. Check the associated cost on our returns portal.

- Do it yourself. Choose the carrier you want and send it to the address that we will indicate in our returns portal. In this option, Bryan will not charge you any handling or return costs.

The return options are as follows:

- Refund in the same payment method*. Once we receive your order, we will proceed to make the refund. If you have selected our transport service, we will deduct the associated costs. If you have chosen the ‘do it yourself’ option, we will refund the full amount of the item, except for the initial shipping costs, if any.

*The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and will be made within a maximum of 14 calendar days.

Exceptions

SAMPLE MARKET


Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
As this is a sustainable action and with very limited units, we cannot accept returns and exchanges as otherwise it would not be sustainable and we would not be able to carry out this project. A sustainable action in which we put on sale with a super reduced price sample shoes, test or balances with tare etc...
