Please request collection BEFORE 14 calendar days have elapsed from the receipt of your order. The item must be in perfect condition and unworn, just as you received it.

To request a change, just write an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com and we will take care of processing it directly with you.

Once your order arrives at our facilities and we check its condition, we will proceed to send you your new shoes.

What is the maximum term to request a return?
Please request a refund BEFORE 14 calendar days have elapsed from the receipt of your order. The item must be in perfect condition and unworn, just as you received it.

Is there a cost to make a return?
After making a return of the order, we will refund the price of the total product discounting the expenses for "Return costs".

What are the steps to take?
To request a return, you just have to write an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com and we will take care of processing it directly with you.

Once the return is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and we will request the collection.

The collection period is usually about 24/48 hours from when the change is accepted. (Always during business hours and working days).

Once your order arrives at our facilities and we check its condition, we will proceed to refund the amount.

Changes and returns outside of Spain will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted one hour after placing the order.
Otherwise, cancellation of the same will not be accepted.

If once you receive your shoes you are not convinced, you can make the return of them or a change of size if that is what you need.

Exceptions in Outlet area

If your order is from our outlet area, you will be able to change the size if we have enough stock, otherwise we will proceed to refund the amount, except for expenses related to "Shipping costs".

The expenses for "Shipping" are:

- For Peninsula: € 7.00 (VAT included)
- For Balearic Islands: € 9.00 (VAT included)

Products that belong to the "Outlet" category will NOT be subject to return in any case.
