We ship to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands), Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia and Sweden.
We offer two types of shipping: standard and express, and prices vary depending on the delivery address:
Spain (Peninsula)
- Standard shipping price Peninsula: €4.90 *
- Express shipping price Peninsula: €8.00*

Spain (Balearic Islands)
- Standard shipping price to the Balearic Islands: €10*

***** Delivery times are always subject to the correct and normal functioning and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process and to the volume of orders existing at any given time.
Delivery conditions
We will make up to two delivery attempts to the address you indicate as the delivery location during your purchase process.
If delivery of the order is impossible after the second attempt (due to absence of the recipient, incorrect/false address issued by the recipient, or other reasons beyond our control), the courier company may deposit it in a Parcel Shop. After 10 days, if the shipment is not collected, the product will be returned to our facilities and you will be refunded less the return shipping costs.
In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid for "Return Shipping Costs ," which may vary depending on the order and delivery address.
Special periods
During special periods (sales, promotions, pre-orders, and/or specific promotional activities), shipping times may be longer. However, we will work hard to prevent this from happening, to the extent possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted if your order has not been prepared or left the warehouse.
You must send us an email to hola@bryanstepwise.com indicating (VERY IMPORTANT): CANCELLATION and order number.
Otherwise, cancellation will not be accepted.
