Returns & Exchanges

At Bryan we make it easy for you. If your size is not correct, you can make your first exchange for free. You will have to write to us at support@bryanstepwise.com indicating your order number and the size for which you want to make the exchange. A delivery person will go to the indicated address to exchange shoe boxes. As simple as that!

Regarding the return, you will also have to write to us at the previous email indicating your order number with the subject "Return". A delivery person will pick up the package and once at the Bryan offices, we will refund the amount less the return costs. For more information, click here .
