El serraje es una de las pieles más delicadas. Para limpiarlas we should not debemos water or any otro producto.
Durante el mantenimiento diario podéis utilizar una very soft and dry sponge muy suave y seca pasándola siempre en la misma dirección para que no haga manchas en la piel. Si tenemos alguna pequeña mancha superficial podemos disimularla con un brush que no arañe la piel. Lo que conseguimos es mover más el pelo del serraje y difuminarla.
Ante cualquier difficult stain, lo mejor es acudir a tu trusted shoemaker que utiliza productos más específicos.

At Bryan we make it easy for you. If your size is not correct, you can make your first exchange for free. You will have to write to us at
support@bryanstepwise.com indicating your order number and the size for which you want to make the exchange. A delivery person will go to the indicated address to exchange shoe boxes. As simple as that!
Regarding the return, you will also have to write to us at the previous email indicating your order number with the subject "Return". A delivery person will pick up the package and once at the Bryan offices, we will refund the amount less the return costs. For more information, click
