All orders ship out of our warehouse in Spain.

We do our best to ensure that you receive your order as soon as possible. During holidays this can be slightly extended.

Delivery conditions

We will make up to two delivery attempts at the address you indicate in your purchase process as the place of delivery.

If, after the second attempt, it is impossible to deliver the order, (due to the absence of a recipient, wrong / false address issued by the recipient or other reasons beyond our control), the product will be returned to our facilities.

In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be returned, excluding the amount paid as "Shipping".

The expenses for "Shipping" are:
- For Peninsula: € 6.90 (VAT included)
- For Balearic Islands: € 8.00 (VAT included)

Special periods

In special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order and / or specific actions), delivery times may be increased. Although we will work hard to prevent this from happening, to the extent possible.

HOW TO CHANGE AN ORDER (SIZE)

You will have 60 calendar days from the reception of your purchase to request it. The first change of size is free (of the same model and only in the peninsula). For islands and other European countries it will be borne by the client.

Please, contact our customer service at soporte@bryanstepwise.com, indicating your name, order number and the new size you need.

It is very important that the subject of the email is: CHANGE and order reference.

For international orders, please send the package with any courier service at your cost to our facilities:

Once we receive the package, we will notify you via email and send you the new size for free.

To identify your order, please put your invoice inside the box.

In any case, the products to be changed must be in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.

If you need to make another change, we inform you that you must face the cost of the subsequent shipments.

Exceptions in the Special Prices / Outlet area

If your order is from our outlet area, you can change the size if we have enough stock, otherwise we will proceed to refund the amount, except for the costs of "Shipping".

Products that belong to the "Special Prices / Outlet" category will NOT be subject to return in any case.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

For returns, the process is very similar. You have 60 days from the receipt of your order to return a product.

You can also return the item through our online store in 3 easy steps.

For international orders:

1. Send us an email to soporte@bryanstepwise.com indicating the order number and the products you wish to return.

It is very important that the subject of the email is: RETURN and order reference.

2. Prepare the package, you must use the original shipping box.

3. To identify your order, please put your invoice inside the box.

4. Send the package with any courier service at your own cost to our facilities:

Please, after this, send us the tracking number as well as the name of the courier service you chose to our mail.

Remember that no more than 60 calendar days can go from the moment you receive your order until you send us the mail with the tracking number and the name of the courier service you chose.

As soon as we receive the package we will proceed with the refund of the order, so that you have it available as soon as possible.

All products must be unused and properly labeled, as we can not accept any return of an item that is not in perfect conditions.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made during business hours and only those that are requested one hour after placing the order will be accepted.
Otherwise, cancellation of the same will not be accepted.

If once you receive your shoes you are not convinced, you can return them or request a size change if that is what you need.
