Shipping, exchanges and returns – Bryan Stepwise

Shipments

We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia, Sweden.

We have two types of shipments: standard and express and prices vary according to delivery address:

Spain (Peninsula)

- Peninsula Standard shipping price: €4.90*

- Peninsula Express shipping price: €8*

- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and will be ready for shipment.

- Standard delivery time will be 3-5 business days from date of shipment** 

Spain (Balearic Islands)

- Standard shipping price to the Balearic Islands: €10*

- Balearic Islands Express shipping price: €12*

- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and will be ready for shipment.

- Standard delivery time will be 3-5 business days from date of shipment**

 

European countries:

Portugal

- Standard shipping price: €6.90*

- Express shipping price: €9.00* 

Germany, France

- Standard shipping price: 9,9€*.

Italy, Belgium, Netherlands

** Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and will be ready for shipment.

- Standard delivery time will be between 5-7 business days from the date of shipment   

* Shipping rates subject to change for promotions, such as free shipping.

 **Deadlines always subject to the correct and normal operation and logistical development of the preparation and shipping process and the volume of orders existing at any given time.

 ***Please note that your order may take longer than usual to process due to high sales volume, so shipping information will not be immediate. You will receive an email from our courier service when the package is shipped.   

Delivery conditions

 We will make up to two delivery attempts at the address you indicate in your purchase process as the place of delivery.

If after the second attempt it is impossible to deliver the order (due to the absence of a recipient, an erroneous/false address issued by the recipient or other reasons beyond our control), the parcel company may deposit it in a Service Point. After 10 days in the case of not picking up the shipment, the product will be returned to our facilities and you will be reimbursed minus the costs of the return.

In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount paid as "Return costs" which may vary depending on the order and delivery address.

Cancellations
Cancellations will only be accepted one hour after the order has been placed.
Otherwise, cancellations will not be accepted.

If once you receive your shoes you are not satisfied with them, you can return them or change the size if that is what you need.

In special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order and/or specific actions), delivery times may be increased. Although we will work hard to prevent this from happening, as far as possible.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

As this is a sustainable action and with very limited units, we cannot accept returns and exchanges as otherwise it would not be sustainable and we would not be able to carry out this action.

**Shipments are subject to the promotion that is active at that time on the web.

Changes

Changes Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

The free exchange service only includes the first request to change the size of the purchased product (of the same model).

The change must be requested within 14 calendar days* from receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and with the original packaging.

steps to take

To request a size change, write us an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com indicating in the subject: "CHANGE" and the reference or order number of the order.

We ourselves will take care of processing the change of your order directly with you. Once the change is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the steps to follow will be indicated.

2nd change request

From the second change request (including this one), we would have to manage a return. For more information go to the ¨Returns Spain¨ section.

*In special periods (sales, promotions, pre-order and/or specific actions), the terms for changes and returns may be increased.

International Size change:

The exchange must be requested within 14 calendar days* of receipt of the order. The item must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.


Steps to follow


To request an exchange of size please send us an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com indicating in the subject: "EXCHANGE" and order number. Our customer service team will answer you as soon as possible.

We will tell you how to make the exchange in 3 steps.

1. Preparation: Prepare your package and choose the courier service you want, assuming the costs and making the shipment to this address:

2. The product must be wrapped in the original packaging and must be protected for shipping (you can use the original box it came in if you keep it or something similar). Don't forget to put your order number inside the box so that we can find you as soon as possible in case the label is not legible.

3. Exchange: Once we receive the package, we will confirm its reception by e-mail and we will send the new size free of charge.

Exceptions

Special Prices/Outlet Zone

If your order is from our outlet area, you can change the size if we have enough stock. In the opposite case (if we do not have stock in the requested size), it will not be possible to proceed to change it and a refund will be made. For more information go to the “Returns Spain” or “International Returns” section.

Exchange for another model

If you have chosen a model and what you want is to change it for another, you must write an email with the word "Change Model" to support@bryanstepwise.com specifying your case. Our customer service partners will guide you every step of the way.

Returns

Returns Peninsula and Balearic Islands:

If you want to make a return of the item, first of all, you must write to soporte@bryanstepwise.com with the subject "Return" and indicate your order number. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

The return options are as follows: 

Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund. Returns have a cost of €5.90 in the peninsula and €11,90 in the Balearic Islands (VAT included)*, which will be deducted from the total amount of the product once the return has been made as collection and return costs**.

 Subscription card. We will pick up your order at home, as in the first option. However, if you choose this option, we will send you a digital voucher with the full refund of your order so that you can use it on the web within 1 year. You will save the return costs and you will be able to make another purchase later. Once the card has been created, it cannot be cancelled, it must be used.

 The return period for these products will be 14 calendar days*** from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be reimbursed, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging.

The refund will be credited to the payment method used for the purchase and will take up to 14 calendar days at the latest.

The time it takes for the refund to be made will also depend on the bank, not Bryan Stepwise. During sales, Black Friday, and discount periods, it is possible that collections may be delayed during certain high volume periods.

* Rate subject to the actual cost of the collection, which will increase depending on the number of packages or packages to be collected or the delivery address.

**The refund will be made on the total price of the product, without counting the shipping costs of your order.

International returns:
If you want to return an item, first of all, you must write to soporte@bryanstepwise.com with the subject "Return" and indicate your order number. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
