We ship to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands), Portugal, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Croatia, Ireland, Sweden and Greece.

We have two types of shipments: standard and express.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Spain (Peninsula)

- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and it will be ready for shipment.

- Delivery time will be 3-5 business days from the date of shipment *

- If your order is over € 50, standard shipping costs are free. **

Spain (Balearic Islands)

- Standard shipping price to the Balearic Islands: € 8.00

- Your order can be prepared within a maximum period of 24/48 hours and it will be ready for shipment.

- Delivery time will be 3-5 business days from the date of shipment *

- If your order is over € 100, standard shipping costs are free. **

European countries:

Portugal

- Standard shipping price: 7.50 €

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands

- Standard shipping price: 12.00 €

Slovakia

- Standard shipping price: 12.00 €

Croatia, Ireland, Sweden

EXPRESS DELIVERY

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)

- Balearic Express shipping price: € 10.00

- The delivery time will be 24/48 business hours from the date of shipment and once prepared. ***

- Express shipping price: € 9.50

Delivery conditions

We will make up to two delivery attempts at the address you indicate in your purchase process as the place of delivery.

If after the second attempt it is impossible to deliver the order (due to the absence of a recipient, wrong / false address issued by the recipient or other reasons beyond our control), the product will be returned to our facilities.

In this case, the final amount paid for the product will be returned, excluding the amount paid as "Return costs" which may vary depending on the order and delivery address.

Although the amount may vary, as a general rule, these expenses will cost:

- For Peninsula: € 5.90 (VAT included)

- For Balearic Islands: € 8.00 (VAT included)

Exceptions in the Special Prices / Outlet area

If your order is from our outlet area, it may have different shipping conditions. Outlet shoes are treated in an exceptional way, therefore their conditions differ from the rest of the categories.

These conditions may be modified according to season and promotion.

Changes

Exchange conditions

The free exchange service only includes the first request to change the size of the purchased product (of the same model and only in the Peninsula). For islands and other European countries it will be borne by the client.

The change must be requested within 60 calendar days from receipt of the order. The item should be in the same condition in which you received it.

From the second exchange request (including this one), it will be necessary to request the return of the order and re-purchase the desired model and size. When requesting the return, the amount paid for the product will be refunded in full, with the exception of the return expenses. The return expenses, in this case and as a general rule, will be:

- For Peninsula:
Collection of a package and return costs: € 5.90 (VAT included) * Rate subject to the actual cost of the collection, which will increase depending on the number of packages or packages to be collected.

- For Balearic Islands:
Pick up a package: € 8.00 (VAT included)
* Rate subject to the actual cost of the collection that will increase depending on the number of packages or packages to be collected or delivery address.


Deadline to request a change

The exchange period for these products will be 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be exchanged, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging.

Steps to take

To request a change of size, write us an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com indicating in the subject: "CHANGE" and the reference or order number of the order.

We ourselves will take care of processing the change of your order directly with you. Once the change is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and we will be the ones who will request the shipment of the new pair with collection. The collection period is usually around 24/48 hours after the change is accepted. (Always during business hours and business days). Pickups may be delayed during certain high volume periods.

For international and Balearic Islands orders, you must send your order, using any courier service assuming the costs, to the following address:

You have up to 10 days to ship.
Once we receive the package, we will confirm its receipt via email and send the new size totally free.

Change for another model


If you have chosen a model and what you want is to change it for another, you will proceed by writing an email with the word "CHANGE" to support@bryanstepwise.com specifying your case. You will not be able to make a normal change since the price will vary, so once the request email has been sent and your change for another model is approved, you will have to place a new order with the chosen model. Our customer service colleagues will guide you in every step.

At that time, a shipment (of the new pair) with collection (of the model to be returned) would be made and as soon as we receive it and check that everything is correct, we will refund the entire first order.



Returns


Return conditions


If you want to return the item, first of all, you must write to support@bryanstepwise.com with the subject "Return" and indicate your order number and full name. Our customer service team will respond to you as soon as possible.

Collection and refund. We will proceed to collect your order and make a refund. Returns have a cost of € 5.90 that will be deducted from the total amount of the product once the return has been made for collection and return costs.

Subscription card. We will collect your order at home, as in the first option. However, if you choose this option, we will send you a digital voucher with the full refund of your order so that you can use it on the web within 3 months. You will save € 5.90 in return costs and you can make another purchase later.


** The refund will be made on the total price of the product, not counting the shipping costs of your order.

The return period for these products will be 60 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. In order to be reimbursed, the product must be in perfect condition (unused) and keep its original packaging.

In Spain and the Balearic Islands, when requesting a refund, only the final amount paid for the product will be refunded, excluding the amount for "Return Expenses".


The expenses for the return and as a general rule, will be:

- For Peninsula: € 5.90 (VAT included)
- For Balearic Islands: € 8.00 (VAT included)

The refund will be entered into the payment method used in the purchase.
The time it takes for the refund to be made will depend on the bank, not Bryan Stepwise.

Abroad, the shipment of the product to be returned will be borne by the customer.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made during business hours and only those that are requested one hour after placing the order will be accepted.
Otherwise, cancellation of the same will not be accepted.
If once you receive your shoes you are not convinced, you can return them or request a change of size if that is what you need.



Exceptions in the Special Prices / Outlet area

If your order is from our Special Prices / Outlet area, you can make the free size change if we have enough stock.
Otherwise (if we do not have stock in the requested size), you can proceed to the possibility of return. Once we receive the product, we will refund the amount of the purchase minus 5.90 euros of shipping costs in Spain, as normal general.

In the rest of the countries, the return shipment will be borne by the customer.
Outlet shoes are treated in an exceptional way, therefore their conditions differ from the rest of the categories.
