Please request collection BEFORE 14 calendar days have elapsed from the receipt of your order. The item must be in perfect condition and unworn, just as you received it.

What are the steps to take?
To request a change, just write an email to: soporte@bryanstepwise.com and we will take care of processing it directly with you.

Once the change is approved, you'll receive a confirmation email and we will request the collection.

The collection period is usually about 24/48 hours from when the change is accepted. (Always during business hours and working days).

Once your order arrives at our facilities and we check its condition, we will proceed to send you your new shoes.

You can check the status of your order whenever you want, by accessing your account profile on our website.

After making a return of the order, we will refund the price of the total product discounting the expenses for "Return costs".
